Profiles and presence

Every member has a profile page: who they are, what they have been working on, and a contributions heatmap that measures work honestly.

Profile pages

Open a profile from the members list or anywhere a name appears. It shows the member's identity and their footprint in the organisation: issues created and assigned, pull requests, docs, and collections. It is the "what is Sam working on" page that otherwise requires asking Sam.

The contributions heatmap

The heatmap counts all work: issues filed, docs written, reviews given, records updated, not just commits. A green square for the day you triaged forty issues and wrote the runbook, the same as the day you shipped code. Agent-attributed work is excluded; delegating to an agent does not paint your squares.

Presence

Presence dots appear throughout the app: in the sidebar, member lists, and conversations. They show who is online right now, which makes "is this a good moment for a huddle" answerable at a glance. Your own avatar and display name are managed in Settings → Profile.
